Best realtor and brokerage!

!! Me and hubby have bought and sold many homes, delt with many realtors in several different states. Sister-in-law passed suddenly this year. We live in Texas and did not know a realtor in Idaho. Jamie came highly recommended. I spoke with her several times before we could get to Idaho and clean up estate etc. Jamie went above and beyond any expectations we had, especially since we were so far away. Prior to us even being on site, Jamie did a lot of prep work for us. She looked at both properties, gave us her thoughts and recommendations, asked what we needed once we get to Idaho etc. We were there 6 weeks, Jamie had connections to everyone we needed for work on properties, all of her referrals were also amazing to work with. 6 weeks later, both properties under contract!! Jamie facilitated everything seamlessly!! do yourself a favor if you ever need a realtor call Jamie!! She really is the best and really knows her stuff!! You will not be disappointed so do not waste your time with others!! She is honest, hardworking and she DOES care about her clients. Which, in our case, was just what we needed! Love working with Jamie!!
